The Workforce Housing Development Program Application consists of a Google Form linked to your email address.

You must complete the application in its entirety and meet the program’s eligibility requirements in order to enter the applicant pool. Upon submitting the application, you should receive a confirmation email that your submission was successful. That confirmation email does not confirm your eligibility for the program— only that your application was received in our system.

If additional information is necessary to add you to the applicant pool, or if you are ineligible for the program, CPC will reach out to you. Applicants who are asked for additional information to determine eligibility, but do not respond to that request promptly may be removed from the system approximately 30 days after the request email is sent to the applicant.

Once CPC confirms your eligibility, we will send you email confirmation that you have been added to the Applicant Pool.
