Suppliers, Vendors & Contractors

CPC strives to use vendors and licensed contractors local to our region whenever possible.

Each year, CPC will issue an Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking vendors/suppliers and licensed contractors to assist us in the development of our home sites. When a site is being developed, we request quotes for those supplies or services from our list of approved vendors & contractors.

  • Excavation prep, poured concrete basements, crawl space construction, ICF systems, and foundation waterproofing/drainage.

  • Residential heat pump/furnace installations, ductwork layout and sealing, mini-split systems, and ventilation compliance.

  • Rough and finish electrical wiring, service panel installations (100A–400A), fixture mounting, low-voltage wiring, street light wiring, and code compliance inspections.

  • Crane service for the purpose of setting modular home sections into place.

  • Site-development and construction materials including aggregate, gravel, stone, concrete and masonry materials, drainage products, erosion-control materials, utility connection materials, and other similar project-specific supplies.

  • Site and infrastructure products supporting residential development, including water and sewer components, culverts, storm drainage products, manholes, septic components, street lights, retaining systems, utility structures, and similar development-related products.

  • Rental and/or delivery of construction and site-development equipment, including excavators, skid steers, loaders, compactors, lifts, generators, light towers, trailers, and other equipment necessary for site preparation, infrastructure installation, material handling, and residential construction activities.

  • Slab-on-grade foundations, footings, exterior flatwork, sidewalks, driveways, and concrete pumping services.

  • Brick veneer, stone facades, CMU foundation/retaining walls, chimney/fireplace structures, and specialty masonry.

  • Structural rough framing (wood/light-gauge steel), roof truss installation, exterior trim/siding, and interior finish carpentry (doors, cabinets, trim).

  • Final site grading, lawn establishment (seeding/sodding), erosion control (silt fencing), drainage swales, hardscaping, and perimeter buffer planting.

  • Comprehensive residential construction services, including project management, subcontractor coordination, site preparation, foundation construction, modular home installation and finishing, utility connections, interior/exterior improvements, and overall construction scheduling, quality control, and code compliance.
